everycore Core for Sage 100

A Windows service with a built-in web interface for Sage 100. Authentication, permissions, data sources, scheduling and communication are part of the platform — the functionality comes from modules that are installed and licensed individually. Access via browser, web API and MCP, without a Sage client.

The platform

Web interface

The Sage 100 forms in the browser — the same tabs, field groups and order as in the client, without an installed Sage client.

Web API (CoreAPI)

REST API with dedicated API keys that can only restrict permissions. Connect systems cleanly and traceably.

Tasks & schedule (CoreWorker)

Run operations on a schedule, via database trigger or manually — with history and log.

Login & permissions

Login via Sage 100 sessions and permissions — Sage remains the only user management; the service keeps no list of its own.

everycore.ai & MCP

An assistant on the installation's audited tool catalog — list documents, search articles, print reports, start tasks. The same catalog is available as an MCP endpoint, so MCP-capable clients such as Claude Desktop can use this installation's tools — under the same Sage permissions.

Printing (CorePrint)

Rendered documents and reports go to real printers — from the browser and from tasks, not only from the Sage client.

CoreHub — e-commerce & marketplaces

Orders from shops and marketplaces become Sage documents, and their status — document number, payment, shipping with tracking number, invoice as PDF — flows back automatically. Ready-made connectors for Shopify and Mirakl, plus connection to iPaaS platforms such as iPaaS.com and n8n for further systems.

Complex installations

Built for grown Sage landscapes: multiple application servers are managed and monitored via the CoreAdmin module — state, health check and restart per machine, with separate permissions for viewing and control. Read access can be directed to a SQL read replica so that reports and the web interface do not load the production database.

CoreDesk — functional modules

CoreDesk brings the functional Sage forms into the web interface — one module per area, installed and licensed individually.

CoreDesk.Basis

Foundation of the functional modules: shared views, filters and navigation.

CoreDesk.Stammdaten (master data)

Article, customer and supplier master data in the browser — in the familiar Sage form.

CoreDesk.VK (sales)

View and edit sales documents and operations.

CoreDesk.EK (purchasing)

View and edit purchasing documents and operations.

CoreDesk.ReWe (accounting)

View open items and general ledger accounts in the browser.

CoreDesk.Auswertungen (reports)

The installation's reports as PDF — read from the metadata tree, without a Sage client.

CoreDesk.Belege provides the shared document data path for sales and purchasing.

Beta

Zollbox

Checks customs tariff numbers in the article master against the official commodity index and finds outdated or incorrect codes — as a module for everycore Core.
